The Marketing Coordinator will assist in implementing multi-channel marketing plans that drive growth and community engagement, encourage positive brand reputation, and promote Terros Health and the services we provide. The role collaborates with leadership and the Communication Strategist to create, edit, and publish social media content that aligns with communications strategies and reflects Terros Health’s core values of Hope, Health, and Healing. The position supports the creation of branded graphic design projects and develops photographic, video, and other visual content for print and digital channels.

This role reports to the Communication Strategist and has day-to-day interactions with the Marketing and Internal Communications teams, and will collaborate with staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish digital and print content that reflects Terros Health’s core values and highlights the services provided.
• Capture and edit engaging photo and video content at Terros Health events and locations.
• Execute a results-driven social media strategy that balances marketing, community, company news, recruiting, and related content.
• Address messages, comments, and reviews from email, website, or social media accounts; respond professionally to maintain online credibility and authenticity.
• Monitor and analyze social media activity and provide analytic reports as requested.
• Research and identify best practices and emerging trends in social media to improve engagement.
• Create branded graphic design projects for print and digital channels.
• Attend planning meetings to develop strategies that support marketing, communications, and HR recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and look across all social media platforms and printed/digital content.
