Responsibilities

• Lead 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies and ensuring successful media strategies
• Deliver exemplary client service and maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Generate and edit various types of communication materials, including press releases and pitches
• Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development
• Participate in new business development and operational leadership activities

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in a public relations agency
• Strong background in consumer brand PR with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management
• Proven ability to measure the ROI of communications activities
• Excellent publicity skills and understanding of media requirements
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Record of high academic achievement with a good degree, particularly in English and/or Business
• Experience in delivering impactful PR campaigns with a strong portfolio
• A wide network of media contacts across various platforms
• Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking in PR strategies
