One of NC’s largest Homeowner Association Management companies is seeking qualified community managers due to the company’s expansion.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and coordinate community activities
  • Guide and assist community leaders
  • Investigate and resolve complaints
  • Update and improve property Information
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Help supervise and train property staff
  • Assist in the enforcement of property and associations rules and regulations

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Facilities Management
  • Accounting
  • Budgeting
  • Long-term planning
  • Problem-solving
  • Microsoft Office
  • CMCA and AMS preferred

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Starting salary in the low 40’s, higher with exceptional experience
