As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an Experienced Community Manager to join our Greensboro-area team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, AMS-certified professional who excels in HOA management and is ready to take ownership of a diverse portfolio.

Position Summary

The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HOA operations for a portfolio of communities. This includes acting as the primary liaison to boards of directors, coordinating vendor services, managing budgets and financials, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding community standards. This is a client-facing, leadership-driven role that requires a high degree of professionalism, organization, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison to HOA boards, guiding governance, policy, and compliance.
  • Lead budgeting, financial oversight, and vendor contract management.
  • Oversee maintenance projects, vendor performance, and service quality.
  • Conduct inspections, enforce community standards, and manage rule violations.
  • Communicate regularly with boards and residents, providing updates and reporting.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate resolution with vendors and insurance providers.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HOA or community association management.
  • Active AMS (Association Management Specialist) certification.
  • Proven experience managing multiple communities or large-scale HOAs.
  • Strong background in budgeting, vendor oversight, and board relations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of community management platforms is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
