Job description
One of NC’s largest Homeowner Association Management companies is seeking qualified community managers due to the company’s expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and coordinate community activities
- Guide and assist community leaders
- Investigate and resolve complaints
- Update and improve property Information
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Help supervise and train property staff
- Assist in the enforcement of property and associations rules and regulations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE IN:
- Facilities Management
- Accounting
- Budgeting
- Long-term planning
- Problem-solving
- Microsoft Office
- CMCA and AMS preferred
COMPENSATION:
- Starting salary in the low 40’s, higher with exceptional experience
