Manager- Marketing Analytics (US I&A)

will play a critical role in building and driving best-in-class tools and capabilities that enable Mondelez to develop breakthrough media plans and strategies that translate into short and long-term brand growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager – Advanced Analytics (US I&A), this role requires a transformative change agent with a strong bias for action. This role will drive the marketing effectiveness measurement agenda with a strong focus (but not limited to) Marketing Mix Modelling, agile media tracking and high-level BTL analytics, to provide key insights and recommendations to drive business growth and ROI improvement. The role requires someone with strong collaboration skills, bringing together and align cross-functional partners (Consumer Experience, Marketing Excellence, Mondelez Digital Services, and key publisher partners (eg. Google, Meta) and Creative, Production and Media Agencies. It also requires a combination of advanced analytics expertise in the areas of regression modelling, data analysis and visualization, as well as strong commercial acumen and critical thinking to connect the dots between across different data sources and business action.
