As we grow across platforms and brands - including the legacy of KSBJ and the national reach of WayFM, we’re not just maintaining music programming… we’re reimagining it. We’re looking for a future-focused Network Music Director who doesn’t just love music, but understands its power to shape lives, build tribes, and drive listener loyalty across broadcast and digital. You’ll need to think beyond linear clocks and typical radio rules. The future of music curation blends art, science, and technology - and you’ll help lead us there! This isn’t a one-size-fits-all playlist. You’ll protect and evolve the unique sound and spiritual heartbeat of each brand - from the Houston-rooted KSBJ to the nationwide WayFM audience. We believe in the distinct identities of our brands, and music strategy plays a central role in maintaining and celebrating those differences. Every song matters, every rotation has a reason, and every listener deserves a soundtrack that feels made just for them. If you’re energized by the idea of innovating in a space where playlisting meets purpose… where we use data, instinct, and faith to build formats that move people… and where streams and stations live side-by-side in harmony - this might be your moment.
