Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for analyzing market trends, forecasting sales, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer behavior. Responsibilities

Conduct detailed market research to understand the latest trends, including studying consumer behavior, purchasing habits, and demographic factors that affect the market. Use statistical techniques to predict future sales by analyzing historical data, market trends, and economic indicators. Assist in creating comprehensive marketing strategies based on data analysis: identify target audiences, set marketing objectives, and determine the best ways to reach those audiences. Regularly monitor and analyze competitor products, sales, and marketing activities to identify opportunities and threats. Analyze customer behavior to understand needs and preferences; use this information to suggest changes to marketing strategies to better target customers and meet their needs. Create detailed reports that provide insight into key data points, ensuring they are easy to understand and actionable. Work closely with other teams (sales, product development, and customer service) to implement marketing strategies and campaigns. Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns; use data to make recommendations for improvements and to measure ROI. Manage large databases of customer and market information; use segmentation techniques to target specific groups for marketing campaigns. Present analytical findings and recommendations to management with clear and compelling presentations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) is preferred. Technical/Functional Skills: Market Strategy, Outside Sales, Lead Generation, Campaign Management, Brand Strategy, KPI Tracking, Digital Marketing Tools, Market Research, Project Management, Insurance Industry Knowledge. The target salary range for this position is $64,750.00 - $75,000.00 annually. The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
