Leader, Global Demand Generation & Marketing We are seeking an experienced and strategic senior marketing leader to drive global demand generation for our manufacturing customers, align regional marketing strategies, and translate customer insights into actionable plans that achieve demand generation and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial or B2B marketing, with the ability to lead cross-regional teams and collaborate closely with commercial sales and product management teams. Responsibilities

Global Demand Generation Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a global demand generation strategy tailored to the manufacturing industry, with a strong emphasis on digital and eCommerce channels. Align regional marketing campaigns with global objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand positioning across markets. Lead integrated campaigns that support customer engagement and acquisition at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

Voice of Customer (VoC) & Market Insights: Proactively gather and analyze VoC data through direct engagement, surveys, and collaboration with sales and service teams. Translate customer insights into strategic marketing initiatives, product positioning, and content development.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a geographically distributed and growing marketing team of 6-8 direct reports, fostering collaboration and high performance across regions. Promote knowledge sharing and alignment across diverse cultural and operational contexts.

Performance Optimization and Budgeting: Report on overall demand generation performance and identify opportunities and countermeasures to address gaps. Utilize data analytics to identify market opportunities, validate challenges, and optimize marketing performance. Continuously test, measure, and refine marketing tactics to improve ROI and demand generation. Lead marketing planning and budgeting processes with a focus on efficiency and impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with commercial sales and product management teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, support product launches, and drive revenue growth. Act as a strategic liaison between marketing and other business units to ensure customer-centric execution.

Requirements

5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or global role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Demonstrated success managing multi-region teams and executing global marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of eCommerce in a B2B or industrial context.

Proven ability to gather and apply VoC insights to shape strategy and messaging.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Google Analytics, Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.

Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with sales and product teams.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Travel: Up to 25% travel expected for this role

Preferences

Experience in digital transformation within a manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with industrial buyer journeys and marketing to both short and long sales cycles.

Experience marketing products and managing teams in multiple regions.
