The Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) marketing team creates and oversees execution of marketing plans and programs to drive demand and support global sellers and channel partners. Within the department, this role reports to the Director of Channel and Regional Marketing and leads external channel communications and vital internal communications. This role develops and executes comprehensive communication strategies and manages the resource portal to drive loyalty and promote growth of sales with VS&A partners, and to inform and engage internal teams to drive business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an exceptional communicator, and a collaborative leader with a proven track record in B2B/B2C channel marketing and internal corporate communications. You will interface with sales, internal stakeholders and partners to drive alignment and execute initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design, develop, and implement multi-channel communication strategies to reach target audiences (e.g., partners, distributors and internal sales) to increase engagement and enablement Draft, manage, and oversee all partner communications Identify, create, and manage content that enables the audience to promote and sell products effectively Provide communication support and counsel to senior leadership to convey key messages Maintain and update all channel partner programs materials with channel operations Create announcements for new incentive programs, promotions, campaigns, and corporate updates Collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives to drive partner loyalty and sales growth Plan and host partner-facing events such as webinars Track and report on the effectiveness of partner engagement initiatives Oversee the development, management, and optimization of the sales enablement and partner resource hub and improve user experience Drive hub adoption by developing training materials and promoting its value to sales teams and channel partners Monitor engagement and utilization of hub resources and use insights to refine content strategy Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree in marketing or related disciplines preferred 7+ years of marketing and/or communications experience 5+ years of experience in B2B technology; B2B technology manufacturing experience is a plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences Strong understanding of marketing communication channels and best practices Excellent presentation skills Experience in Salesforce reporting and HubSpot or other marketing automation tool required Self-motivated, strategic thinker who can define, drive, and deliver on objectives Ability to create and deliver high-impact field-facing content Thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel up to 15% Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship is not available Target Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 USD Pay transparency: Pay varies based on knowledge, skills and experience.
