Job Description
Pay:
$57–$62/hour to start Duration:
9-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week Work Model:
Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of earned media, public relations, and purpose-driven initiatives, including strategic planning, charitable partnerships, and cross-platform integration across digital, retail, and loyalty channels Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure cohesive storytelling, brand alignment, and successful campaign execution Support strategic planning and reporting for key programs, serving as the day-to-day liaison for PR and Purpose teams while driving internal education and engagement around purpose-led efforts Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing, public relations, or purpose-driven initiatives at a managerial level Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and agency relationships Strong communication, organizational, executional, and strategic planning skills Experience with influencer programming Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Advanced degree or relevant certifications Agile, proactive mindset with a passion for storytelling and social impact Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments Collaborative and inclusive leadership style
