The consumer growth marketing team focuses on building and nurturing our consumer base by delivering an engaging and relevant cross-channel experience. The team is growing rapidly and the selected candidate will be a leader, help develop our marketing approach, and grow their career as the team expands. About The Role

We’re looking for a talented and driven performance marketer with strong knowledge of print marketing. This role’s primary focus will be to own the strategy and execution of print media at DoorDash (Direct Mail, Shared Mail, Package Inserts, Flyers and more) across all consumer-facing campaigns. You will also manage promo code operations for campaigns managed by the Consumer Paid Marketing team. This role offers immediate impact through managing media, implementation, strategy and optimization for future campaigns in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will work with other DoorDash teams (including Integrated Marketing, Partnerships, Martech, Analytics, and Creative) and agency partners to test and implement new marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. Responsibilities

Own the media planning, implementation, and strategy for key business campaigns across all consumer-facing initiatives supported by print media at DoorDash. Be well-versed in print media, attribution, analytics, and KPI goal setting and achievement through strategic media plans. Assist in the print media strategy, planning, and buying process; collaborate with external agency partners and internal channel managers to set budgets and ensure spend meets objectives. Partner with media agencies and vendor partners; manage vendor relationships, RFPs, test-and-learn programs, and tooling/integrations. Lead continuous improvement of offline planning and stewardship of the measurement roadmap with analytics and data science teams (attribution, mix modeling, incrementality, etc.). Stay customer-obsessed but competitor-aware; provide internal expertise on evolving media marketplace conditions and trends. Manage paid media strategies and campaign execution for partners to increase signups and delivery orders in both DoorDash and partner channels. Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing and executing print marketing strategy, execution, and measurement. Deep experience managing campaigns against performance-oriented goals; intimate understanding of the offline media buying landscape in the US. Ability to synthesize data, make data-driven decisions, and balance quantitative measurement with strategic media planning. Proven experience building testing frameworks and cross-channel strategies; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong project management, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and experience with promo code operations and spend controls is a plus. Both in-house and external agency experience is a plus. We’re Excited About You Because You Are…

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the market range and is based on skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized by work location; ranges may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, there are opportunities for equity grants.
