$185K–$200K base salary + bonus
We are partnering with a top-ranked global professional services firm seeking a Senior Manager, Content Marketing & Digital Strategy to oversee firmwide content, digital channels, and marketing operations. This highly visible leadership role offers the chance to shape the direction of content strategy for one of the most respected firms in the world.
What You’ll Do
Lead content strategy across web, social, video, podcasts, newsletters, and digital platforms
Manage and mentor a high-performing content team
Drive a long-term website redesign and oversee CMS/vendor relationships
Ensure SEO, brand consistency, and messaging alignment across all platforms
Collaborate with senior leadership and partners on firmwide communications initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external content partners
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in professional services or law
3+ years of team management experience
Strong project management background, especially with complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Expertise in website strategy, redesigns, and digital operations
Familiarity with SEO, brand/style guidelines, and multi-channel content execution
Experience with platforms such as Foundation or similar legal/professional services content systems
Ability to influence with confidence, operate in ambiguity, and thrive in a collaborative environment
