We are seeking an experienced Channel & Field Marketing Manager, West to develop and execute strategic marketing programs with channel partners, drive joint demand generation, and enhance partner engagement through innovative campaigns and events in your geography. The ideal candidate is proactive, skilled in relationship-building, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Be Doing
Partner with sales and channel teams to plan and execute regional events that drive revenue and strengthen relationships with key partners. Collaborate with channel partners to develop integrated marketing plans that generate demand and enhance sales engagement. Lead all aspects of physical and virtual channel event marketing, leveraging best practices and executing email, social, and other promotional campaigns to engage target audiences. Maintain detailed event briefs with organized information and clearly communicate expectations to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely lead processing and sales assignment by updating internal databases and tracking leads through the funnel to measure outcomes. Oversee company participation and sponsorship at regional events, including conferences, trade shows, networking events, dinners, and partner gatherings. Manage project expenses, negotiate costs, process invoices, track expenditures, and maintain detailed budget reports to ensure alignment with financial guidelines. Travel as needed to events, overseeing logistics such as booth setup, swag distribution, lead scanning, and post-event follow-up. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs weekly, optimizing strategies to maximize ROI. What You Will BringRequired Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in the technology industry, with a focus on channel partnerships. Channel Marketing Expertise: Proven experience developing marketing programs with Channel Partners, including VARs, National Partners, and Alliance Partners. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Collaboration & Relationship Building: Strong ability to engage with diverse teams, articulate ideas effectively, and follow through on commitments. Cross-Functional Coordination: Experience managing multiple internal and external teams to drive marketing initiatives. Project & Event Management: Ability to manage multiple events, programs, and stakeholders while aligning with business and sales objectives. Mindset & Work Ethic: Positive attitude, team-oriented, and proactive with a “get it done” approach. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketo. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong project coordination skills, with a focus on tracking progress against deadlines. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. The total compensation range (base) being offered for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 USD.
