TOUS Jewelry
TOUS USA is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and drive our US digital content strategy. This role will serve as a critical bridge between our Spanish corporate headquarters and the US market, working directly with the US VP / Managing Director to localize digital content and optimize our ecommerce presence for American consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Localization
Collaborate with VP / Managing Director and Spanish HQ team to develop and execute US digital content calendar Adapt global brand content to resonate with US market preferences and cultural nuances while maintaining TOUS brand standards Serve as the voice for the market, ensuring that TOUS speaks directly to the American consumer with a Spanish accent Monitor US market trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations
Serve as primary US liaison with Spanish corporate teams (Ecom, CRM, Paid Media, Content) and coordinate with 3rd party agencies Manage campaign asset trafficking and maintain strategic calendars for cross-functional visibility Perform QA and testing prior to digital launches to ensure optimal performance Performance Analysis & Strategic Recommendations
Analyze ecommerce performance data and suggest targeted content initiatives for newsletters, emails, and homepage features Support traffic growth and customer acquisition strategies based on business performance insights Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
Partner with HQ social team to develop and execute US influencer marketing strategies and manage creator relationships Research, present and assist in executing strategic brand partnership opportunities to expand email database and grow brand community Support affiliate marketing initiatives and monitor campaign performance ROI Required Qualifications
5+ years of digital marketing experience , preferably in luxury goods, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands US market expertise
with deep understanding of American consumer behavior and cultural preferences Ecommerce analytics experience
with ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics to drive business decisions Strong communication skills
and experience working effectively across international teams Digital marketing knowledge
including influencer partnerships, content marketing, and performance reporting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
with customer-centric mindset Cultural sensitivity
and experience working with international brands/teams Preferred Qualifications
Experience with luxury or jewelry brands Strong proficiency with GA, MS office, and ai tools Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Passion and knowledge of the fashion / luxury / jewelry / consumer space What We Offer
