Job Description
The Senior Manager - Marketing Operations will work closely with our marketing team to ensure a high-performing marketing operations function. This role oversees our Marketing Tech Stack, ensures the technical execution of marketing programs, and improves lead generation processes with our Marketing Automation Platform and CRM. It requires in-depth knowledge of B2B lead management operations and a strong analytical background. The role is vital in sustaining and evolving our marketing operations team under the leadership of our VP Marketing.
Job Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of HubSpot, including systems administration, creation of marketing assets (emails, landing pages, forms, workflows), and act as the technical point of contact.
Drive marketing performance reporting and conduct ROI analyses to inform marketing leadership; provide insights into data trends and recommend actions.
Enhance marketing reporting tools and processes to increase KPI visibility and measurement.
Manage marketing operations initiatives and drive process improvements focused on lead follow-up and attribution.
Oversee the hygiene of marketing lead data using Salesforce and HubSpot; analyze the marketing lead funnel to identify operational improvements.
Proactively recommend and execute optimizations to marketing lead flow and operations, communicating outcomes to the marketing team.
Manage direct reports, driving performance, career growth, and mentorship.
Lead HubSpot website chat operations, collaborating with Sales Development to ensure prompt responses and proper visitor handling.
Execute technical work within our marketing operations stack, including tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Sendoso, Dreamdata, and Monday.com.

Experience training teams on lead management processes, tools, and SLAs.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
6-10 years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, and program management.
Experience with Salesforce CRM is required.
Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar tools; HubSpot certification is a plus.
Knowledge of integrations and connectors for marketing tools.
Familiarity with B2B marketing software like Goldcast, On24, Wistia, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Demandbase, or similar.
Experience with marketing attribution solutions like Full Circle, Bizible, or Dreamdata is desirable.
Expected Salary Range: $93,000 - $155,000
Travel Requirements
Quarterly travel may be required for meetings, depending on business needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role manages a team of individual contributors.
