Position Overview

MLB Capital Partners is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to join the Commercial Real Estate team in Houston, TX. This role supports a team of brokers and ensures seamless communication and service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative, marketing, and client-facing skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in client service.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Client & Broker Support: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external clients; coordinate scheduling, meetings, and client follow-ups for brokers; prepare and proofread proposals, presentations, reports, and marketing materials; assist in the creation of property marketing materials (flyers, brochures, offering memoranda, email campaigns); ensure timely delivery of materials; maintain and update property listings on internal and external platforms.
  • Transaction Coordination: Track deal progress from listing to closing; manage documentation, agreements, and compliance with transaction processes; liaise with accounting and operations teams to support transaction execution.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize client events and internal team meetings; assist with travel arrangements, conference logistics, and expense reports.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in commercial real estate.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters.
