Marketing Coordinator

Overview

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team. This individual will support the firms brokers and departments with the development and execution of marketing collateral, digital content, email campaigns, and other strategic initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with brokers, graphic designers, and administrative staff to ensure brand consistency and the timely production of high-quality materials. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute marketing materials including brochures, offering memorandums, tour books, proposals, and flyers
• Create presentations and pitch decks using InDesign
• Maintain templates and update branded collateral for broker listings and client proposals
• Coordinate with brokers and design team on project timelines and deliverables

Digital & Content Marketing

• Create and deploy email campaigns
• Manage company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), including content creation and scheduling
• Maintain and update broker profiles, bios, and listings on the company website
• Support content development for blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels

Events & Promotions

• Assist with planning and promoting company events, sponsorships, and exhibits
• Design internal promotional materials and invitations

Marketing Operations

• Help maintain marketing databases and campaign analytics
• Perform proofreading, editing, and content formatting as needed
• Track project progress and help maintain broker marketing requests in coordination with the Director of Marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in real estate, professional services, or a creative agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Strong writing, proofreading, and content editing skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media schedulers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with Buildout, CoStar, or Canva is a plus
