Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team supporting a leading communications infrastructure company. This is a unique opportunity to work on diverse, complex agreements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where legal strategy directly supports the growth of wireless and digital connectivity.

Key responsibilities

The role involves the preparation, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements. These include ground leases for new infrastructure builds, network and connectivity agreements, distributed antenna systems (DAS) and small cell licenses, master service agreements, supplier contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and managed service agreements. You will advise on RFPs/RFQs, support new business initiatives, collaborate on due diligence, and liaise with outside counsel on litigation. Additionally, you will communicate contractual obligations to internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and undergraduate degree required
• 5+ years experience as a real estate or telecommunications attorney, with demonstrated expertise in contract drafting and negotiation
• Experience with connectivity, DAS, small cells, Wi-Fi, managed services, data centers, or energy-related agreements strongly preferred
• Strong written/oral communication skills, attention to detail, and proven organizational ability
• Self-starter who thrives both independently and within a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
