Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

A fast-scaling SaaS media monitoring and analytics company, helping global brands track media impact in real time, is modernizing its contract management and legal submission processes as it expands commercial and strategic partnerships. We are seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to lead the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role involves integrating AI-driven contract review, SLA tracking, and enhancing transparency across legal workflows. This temporary, project-based position is ideal for someone with legal tech and process optimization experience in a dynamic SaaS environment, based in Miami, FL.

Job Function

• Lead the full implementation of a new CLM system, including organizing and migrating existing agreements.
• Review and streamline legal submission processes for commercial, vendor, and partnership agreements.
• Integrate AI-powered contract review tools and develop risk-based playbooks to accelerate turnaround.
• Build automated approval workflows using tools like Slack for push notifications and approvals.
• Create shared status dashboards to track legal progress and keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal workflows with business needs.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external CLM vendors or implementation partners.
  
  

Job Requirements

• 12 years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Tech Implementation, or Project Management within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
• Experience with CLM systems and creating submission workflows using project management tools such as Ironclad, Slack, or Asana.
• Experience using CLM systems and designing submission workflows using project management tools like Ironclad, Slack, or Asana.
• Strong knowledge of AI-assisted contract review, metadata extraction, and legal intake processes.
• Experience with SLA modeling, status dashboards, queue ticketing, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with privacy, media rights, advertising, and data usage agreements is a plus.
• PMP, CLOC, or Lean/Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
