About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Transformation Communications to play a pivotal role in the firm's modernization and simplification efforts. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Global Communications team, responsible for ensuring clear and consistent messaging related to the transformation program. This includes proactively engaging colleagues on key priorities such as culture, risk management, and data governance. The SVP will partner with executives, draft and review a variety of communication materials, and support the coordination of employee events. A digital-savvy individual with excellent organizational and project management skills, the SVP will also be expected to maintain the organization's digital communication channels and provide insights into data and analytics to enhance communication strategies.
