About the Role
The Company is seeking an MDS Manager to join their global mobility team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with approved vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for any escalations. This role involves overseeing program analytics, including vendor performance, and ensuring that all mobility programs align with the company's budget and SLAs. The MDS Manager will also be tasked with managing a global team of MDS specialists, driving the strategy for mobility programs, and ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in global mobility program management or a related field, with a deep understanding of mobility policies, compensation, benefits, relocation, immigration, and tax. The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making skills, who can effectively communicate and influence at all levels. The MDS Manager will be expected to be resilient, work well under pressure, and be adept at problem-solving. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and the candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of HR systems and project management skills.
