Brand Marketing Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a brand marketing manager with 3 or more years of experience for a retail organization that is hybrid in Atlanta, GA; 4 days in office 1 day work from home. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic development and execution of social and influencer marketing programs, including identifying key influencers, negotiating partnerships, managing campaign budgets, overseeing content creation, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
Drive and optimize search marketing strategies on Amazon, including campaign setup, keyword targeting, bid management, and performance analysis.
Oversee and manage relationships with external agency partners across PR, social media, and paid media, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives; provide strategic direction, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and evaluate agency performance to drive efficiency and maximize impact across channels.
Leading the marketing commercialization process to support base business and new product launches.
Lead Go-To-Market planning & execution, social marketing, PR/partnerships, and wholesale marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Exceptionally collaborative team player with the ability to seamlessly shift between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring initiatives are both visionary and actionable.
Proven track record as a strong individual contributor, with hands-on experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans that drive brand growth and consumer engagement across both (DTC) and Wholesale channels.
Proficient in analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations for optimization.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and quickly ramping up to deliver results; thrives in fast-paced environments and can seamlessly jump into ongoing initiatives with minimal onboarding.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in brand marketing or adjacent marketing teams
Employment Type: 3 month contract
Compensation: $48.60-$52.10 per hour
