Position title: SAP iXp Intern Marketing Technology Project Management Intern Location: Bellevue, WA (Preferred), U.S. Office Expected Start: October/November 2025 Contract Duration: 6-months (potential for 6-month extension) This opportunity is within the Concur division of SAP, in the Marketing Technology and Operations team. This intern position will offer the opportunity to learn about a Marketing technology stack, with a global team that has the responsibility of supporting the SAP Concur Marketing team in its marketing initiatives. You will be working with the SAP Concur MarTech team to continually move projects and enhancements forward. You will get to assist with a few large team projects, as well as help manage our SharePoint updates, enablement, and newsletters, as well as help track project process using a PM tool called Wrike. Potential Tasks/Responsibilities: Assist with various MarTech tools that our team uses day to day, such as Demandbase Support project management and planning effort SharePoint updates and management The Marketing Technology Project Management Intern will help SAP Concur MarTech and Ops Team with the MAI team's upcoming migration work, including helping align teams, assist with project timelines, communicate to stakeholders, and help our Senior Project Manager on a day to day basis. What you bring: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program. Solid understanding of basic Marketing concepts with the ability to translate into impactful and clear enablement material Ability to comprehend marketing technology strategies and a basic understanding of the technology platforms in order to be able to brainstorm solutions to help successfully launch and support associated projects and programs Willingness to learn new platforms and document functionality of those platforms Ability to understand marketing technology systems in order to be able to guide project discussions and formulate next steps Experience in organizing tasks needed to complete an assignment and continually working with others to meet your deadlines Proficiency in Word/Excel/PPT or Google docs Good communication skills Collaborative approach to work Skilled at tracking and following up on information Well organized will be working on two large game changing initiatives, and any related experience to migrations and launches is a plus Problem solving mind-set Exposure to Project Planning software Meet your team: This opportunity is within the Concur division of SAP, in the Marketing Technology and Operations team.
