Junior Product Marketing Manager

DX helps companies build world-class engineering organizations by providing leaders with insights into developer experience and productivity. DX is bootstrapped, profitable, and consistently growing revenue more than 3x year over year. We’re headquartered in Salt Lake City with customers like Indeed, Etsy, Dropbox, Twilio, Pfizer, and Vanguard. We’re hiring a Junior Product Marketing Manager to help tell compelling stories about how customers use DX, and to support go-to-market efforts that help users get more value from new features and products. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing startup early. DX is growing quickly, with revenue increasing 240% year-over-year. You’ll work closely with our head of marketing and collaborate across teams, gaining exposure to all parts of the business. From day one, you’ll be trusted to own meaningful work, and (if you’re hungry for growth) will be on a fast track to taking on more responsibility and growing into a broader product marketing role over time. This role is in-office four days per week. Our office is downtown, on Main Street, next to White Horse, Whiskey Street, and the Felt Bar. We will provide a parking pass. Writing case studies using a well-established playbook Executing on our process for getting customer testimonials on G2 and Gartner Helping coordinate and promote customer spotlights and events (like webinars) Drafting a monthly changelog with new product updates and features that’ll go out to customers You have 1–3 years of experience in tech or a marketing-related role You’re a strong writer and editor, comfortable using AI tools to help draft or edit but still heavily hands-on in shaping the final output You’re detail-oriented, follow processes closely, and hold a high bar for quality in everything you produce Companies have all kinds of culture slides.
