Outbound and Inbound responsibilities Create new relationships, opportunities, and meetings with prospective businesses Deliver an extraordinary experience for software engineering leaders throughout this process Learn personalized outreach, social selling, and unique ways to provide value Partner closely with account executives and marketing team About the Company

Salary + uncapped commission Equity in a high-growth-stage startup Employer-Sponsored Healthcare 401K w/ 100% match up to 4% Unlimited PTO Downtown SLC Office (4 days in person, 1 remote) Laptop and other equipment This isn\'t a cold call center and we don\'t treat you like a robot. You will have the freedom to experiment, be creative, and innovate. Enterprise and Commercial BDR roles available OTE ranges from $75k-$95k based on experience. Uncapped commission w/ accelerators.
