Manager, Exhibitor Marketing
at Fandango, joining a team to create and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns and programs with key partners in the theatrical exhibition space. has built a network of direct-to-consumer digital brands, including a ticketing platform and entertainment sites. The companys portfolio includes Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, and Fandango at Home. The Manager, Exhibitor Marketing will work with internal and external partners to drive digital and experiential marketing for exhibition partners. Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for exhibitor partners, including selecting titles for promotion, overseeing creative assets, answering campaign questions, pitching ideas, and navigating feedback. Collaborate with external exhibitor partners and cross-functional stakeholders to build marketing programs and lead end-to-end activation execution. Lead project management for campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, creative development, production, trafficking approvals, performance tracking, and reporting. Draft pitch materials and presentation decks; share promotional plans, aggregate campaign reporting, and provide recommendations for marketing plans and wrap reports. Partner with Legal to develop partnership agreements and promotional program rules. Monitor competitive and industry trends, and new technologies in film and performance marketing. Maintain tracking documents and calendars for the marketing team. Other duties as assigned by Marketing leads. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, exhibitor marketing, studio marketing, partnerships, or partner-facing roles. Experience in the media and entertainment industry space and/or consumer-facing brands. Experience managing end-to-end campaigns and coordinating marketing assets and approvals. Ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams to execute multiple high-priority marketing programs. Knowledge of launching partnership and digital marketing programs, including proposition development, channels, commercial models, presentations, and operational mechanics. Understanding of theatrical films and/or the eCommerce market. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to manage and grow stakeholder relationships. Commercial, strategic, and technical mindset with strong attention to detail. Creative, with the ability to prioritize, triage issues, and motivate internal and external stakeholders toward goals. Strong organizational and time-management skills; proactive in delivering plans and tasks independently. Resourceful team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile; able to handle administrative tasks as needed. Calm under pressure and able to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, OneDrive, plus Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Keynote is a plus. Benefits and working arrangement
Hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least three days per week in Los Angeles, CA. Occasional business travel may be required. The position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and other perks).
