Job Title: Cytogenetic Technician - Cytogenetics Laboratory - Days (010)
Summary:
Provides standard or specialized techniques for evaluation of both constitutional and somatic chromosome abnormalities on a variety of specimen types including, but not limited to, amniotic fluids, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), tissue, blood and/or bone marrow. Analysis may include traditional cytogenetic techniques as well as molecular cytogenetics by FISH (fluorescence in situ hybridization) and/or array CGH (array comparative genomic hybridization). Documents analysis, maintains records and performs routine maintenance and monitoring of equipment. Responds to the unique needs of all patients ages newborn through geriatric.
Compensation
Compensation: Pay Range: $15.00 - $24.40 / hour
- $10,000 new hire sign-on bonus (Full-Time only)

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
