What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Engage with reporters, ensuring their information is handled with care and confidentiality
• Answer incoming calls and follow the intake process while exercising good judgment
• Lead interview processes, asking appropriate questions and ensuring the accuracy of report details
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all reports, both internally and externally
• Assist with special projects and other departmental responsibilities as needed

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Outstanding customer service skills with a strong focus on results
• Ability to remain calm and composed in distressing situations while processing difficult information
• A secure home office environment with a recommended internet speed of 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload
• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
• Experience with MS Office and ability to navigate proprietary software applications
