Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PR programs from kickoff to achieving client goals
• Develop and maintain strong media and influencer relationships
• Generate and edit various communications materials, including press releases and pitches
• Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development
• Maintain day-to-day client contact and ensure exceptional client management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within the technology industry
• Proven track record of managing PR programs and generating media coverage
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce various types of communications
• Exceptional client management skills and a deep personal investment in client success
• Ability to navigate and manage through periods of change or challenge

Preferred Qualifications

• Established relationships with consumer tech media
• Experience measuring the ROI of communications activities
• Creative use of social media channels for engagement and support
• Background in leading social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
• Passion for technology public relations and a proactive approach to new business development
