Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple teams in developing high-level strategies for clients
• Cultivate strong relationships with media, influencers, and clients to enhance PR programs
• Oversee the creation of various written materials, including press releases and campaign plans
• Maintain direct reports, assist in goal development, and conduct performance reviews
• Participate in new business efforts, including identifying targets and presenting pitches

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in tech PR
• Proven track record of managing successful PR programs from inception to execution
• Strong writing skills and ability to generate diverse written materials
• Experience in media relations and understanding of social media engagement strategies
• Exceptional client management abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Established relationships with consumer tech media and influencers
• Previous experience mentoring junior staff or leading teams in a PR setting
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and communications metrics
• Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking in campaign development
