Your Role:
- Provide engaging music lessons tailored to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Foster strong relationships with students and their families through regular communication and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with store teams to efficiently schedule lessons and enhance student retention.
- Utilize your musical expertise to motivate and guide students in their musical journeys.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of music teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
- 8+ years of teaching experience with a variety of instruments (including but not limited to: banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, bass guitar, cello, flute, guitar, percussion, piano, saxophone, violin, and more).

We offer a competitive pay structure of $17.65/hr Non-Teaching Rate plus a Teaching Rate ranging from $11.50-25/hr based on experience.
