Your Role:
As a Music Educator, your mission will be to create a dynamic and supportive environment where students can excel. You will:
- Conduct engaging music lessons for students with varied ages and skill levels.
- Foster positive relationships with students and their parents through consistent communication, goal-setting, and progress evaluations.
- Collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons effectively and support student retention.
- Share your musical talents and expertise to motivate students and catalyze their growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or similar experience.
- At least 2 years of music teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) in Music.
- Membership in professional teaching organizations or relevant certifications.
- 8+ years of diverse teaching experience, particularly with a range of instruments (banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, bass guitar, bassoon, cello, clarinet, flute, French horn, guitar, mandolin, oboe, percussion, piano, piccolo, saxophone, string bass, trombone, trumpet, tuba, ukulele, viola, violin, and voice).
