Your Role:
- Conduct music lessons for students with diverse backgrounds and varying skill levels.
- Establish positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication and progress updates.
- Collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons and promote student retention.
- Share your musical knowledge to inspire and support student growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of music teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Professional teaching certifications or memberships.
- 8+ years of teaching experience with proficiency in multiple instruments (banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, bass guitar, bassoon, cello, clarinet, flute, French horn, guitar, mandolin, oboe, percussion, piano, piccolo, saxophone, string bass, trombone, trumpet, tuba, ukulele, viola, violin, and voice).
