Private lessons serve as the foundation for lifelong musical relationships, and we are dedicated to music education, seeking instructors who are experts in their instruments. We handle the administrative tasks, so you can dedicate your time to inspiring the next generation of musicians.
Your Role:
- Provide engaging music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and their parents through regular communication, goal-setting, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons and maximize student retention.
- Share your musical knowledge to motivate students and nurture their growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in music.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Memberships or certifications in professional teaching organizations.
- Extensive teaching experience (8+ years) with various instruments including banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, bass guitar, and more.

Pay Rate: $15/hr Non-Teaching Rate + $10-20/hr Teaching Rate depending on background and experience.
