Your Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging music lessons for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Foster positive communication with students and parents by setting goals and providing progress updates.
- Collaborate with store teams to arrange lessons and enhance student retention.
- Share your musical insights to encourage student growth and passion for music.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or relevant experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of music teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Memberships or certifications from professional teaching organizations.
- 8+ years of teaching experience, especially in multiple instruments such as banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, bass guitar, and voice.
