Overview
The Marketing Analyst role at company will play a pivotal role on the team, assisting with demand generation marketing efforts and helping to develop, implement and optimize content across social and digital channels. We're seeking an eager, driven, and capable individual who learns quickly, is highly organized and able to work independently to build and execute marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels for a Business Banking / Health-Tech focused audience. Position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Design, write and build social media and website content to grow social channel followers and increase content engagement rates.
- Write press release drafts, partnership announcements and engage with media outlets to promote company brand placement.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines, demonstrating determination and focus.
- Gather insights on and conduct ongoing research around target audiences and competitors in the Healthcare industry.
- Work closely with agency relationships, sales, and technology teams to execute cross-channel campaigns.
- Measure, benchmark, a / b test, and optimize all marketing and media activities.
- Calculate budgets and project outcomes across marketing channels, presenting plans to the team.
- Organize timelines and help execute email demand generation marketing efforts.
- Organize and help execute direct mail marketing efforts.
- Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) effectively for marketing automation.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews of plan execution, comparing budget vs. forecast, and providing recommendations for adjustments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, social media, or related field required.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Previous experience in Banking or B2B Health-Tech marketing (selling to medical practices) is highly desired.
- Experience independently managing, running, and writing for social media channels.
- Proficient in email template creation and using website CMSs (WordPress, etc.). Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, etc.). Experience in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel.
- Event marketing and direct mail experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Well-spoken and able to present ideas coherently & confidently to internal stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
