The Role And What You’ll Do

160over90 is seeking an Account Manager to join the Creator and Social team. The Account Executive will play an integral role helping lead influence and social strategy efforts while executing approved programs for clients such as AB-InBev, Main Event, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Visa and many more.

The Creator and Social team is at the forefront of internet culture and pioneering the influence marketing space with many Fortune 50 clients. Our diverse team believes in developing authentic relationships between brands and creators with influential voices, across all platforms. Our approach leads to what our clients consider to be some of the most effective influence and social marketing in the industry.

Campaign Management

  • Manage and execute social campaigns from start to finish across various platforms (e.g Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok)
  • For select clients (e.g. Marriott), support social strategy group to create KPIs based on the client brief as well as collaborate on recaps by evaluating data and measuring success
  • Work closely with creative team, as needed, to develop unique and innovative concepts or creative assets to support client campaigns and initiatives
  • Travel to and attend activations to capture, edit and post content for client brand channels
  • Manage video and still content capture personnel to assure quality of assets
  • Manage video editing process across custom produced and preexisting content
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools

Daily Account Management

  • Deliver forward-thinking, thought leadership on social media by successfully advancing and implementing emerging trends, industry standards, discipline-specific tools, and best-in-class processes
  • Responsible for daily account management contingent on account structure
  • Develop and manage large budgets, including showing proficiency in using CRM and other necessary tools to manage account financials and resources
  • Partner with finance on payments and tracking all invoices and accounts payable
  • Collaborate with legal on all contracts and SOWs
  • Execution of agency administration responsibilities, time tracking, expense reports, etc.
  • Manage third parties including external agencies and vendors

Client & Internal Relations

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients as needed and contingent on account structure
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identify new opportunities for client engagement and growth
  • Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly
  • Contribute to internal communications and Creator, Digital, Social Center of Expertise initiatives as needed
  • Manage direct report contingent on account structure
  • Remain attuned to the latest competitive activities, emerging technologies, noteworthy trends, and social media innovations to inform creative solutions and new client opportunities
  • Collaborate with paid media team as needed to provide recommendations on how to optimize performance and boost content
  • Provide recap reports to clients highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement

You Have These

  • Bachelor’s degree. Marketing, advertising or communications preferred. Master’s degree not required.
  • 5+ years agency or in-house experience in a social media role
  • Demonstrated ability to consult and review creative and social marketing strategies to meet brand objectives
  • Deep knowledge of the social media marketing space including trends, platforms, tools, and best practices, with the ability to communicate that information to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Expertise in social marketing platforms, with proficiencies in tools, platforms and measurement
  • Knowledge of key performance metrics for paid/earned/owned media with focus on analytics and optimization as well as leading vendor partners
  • Ability to communicate data and reports to optimize strategic recommendations
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments from concept to completion
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting to senior executives
  • A team player with a positive attitude who can handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion and minimal oversight

Hiring Rate Minimum: $67,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum: $90,000 annually
