Your Role:
As a Music Educator, you'll create a positive, engaging, and safe space for students to explore their musical potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Building strong connections with students and their families through regular updates, communication, and goal-setting.
- Collaborating with store teams to arrange lesson schedules and promote student retention.
- Sharing your musical knowledge to inspire students and support their development.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of teaching music.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
- 8+ years of teaching experience with various instruments, including but not limited to clarinet, guitar, piano, and voice.
