Your Role:

• Teach engaging music lessons to students of diverse ages and skill levels.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents through ongoing communication, goal-setting, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with store teams to effectively schedule lessons and enhance student retention.
• Utilize your musical expertise to motivate students and support their growth.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of music teaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
• 8+ years of teaching experience, particularly with a variety of instruments (including but not limited to guitar, piano, flute, and voice).
