A music infrastructure company at the forefront of publishing, tech, and artist-first finance is hiring a VP-level operator to help shape the financial, legal, and strategic systems behind musics next economic chapter.

Youll be part investment architect, part music-rights strategistworking on IP-backed financial products, royalty platforms, and catalog rollups that will define the next 10 years of how music value is created and captured.

What Youll Own

Design, model, and execute structured deals across publishing, masters, licensing, and artist equity

Collaborate on the development of platforms for royalty flow, data transparency, and rights monetization

Lead underwriting for catalog acquisitions, SPVs, and IP-backed vehicles

Bridge capital markets with creator ecosystemsensuring deals protect artists while maximizing returns

Help shape long-term market positioning, deal flow strategy, and investor frameworks

Who You Might Be

Youve structured or evaluated music/IP deals at a fund, publisher, rights org, or music-tech startup

You understand how music works creatively and financially

You can toggle between spreadsheets, term sheets, and industry relationships with ease

Youre hungry to build new modelsnot just manage old ones

You think long-term, operate with clarity, and thrive in high-stakes environments

Experience in music royalty financing, catalog underwriting, or IP securitization

Deep relationships in music business, publishing, and/or capital markets

Strong literacy in deal modeling, risk-adjusted asset valuation, and strategic partnerships
