News Photographer - WSMV

Nashville's legacy station is looking for a photojournalist with a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive working alone or assigned to a story with a reporter.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Shooting and editing video of news events
  • Ability to work and collaborate with a reporter when assigned
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, including live and breaking news situations

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience as a television news photographer
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have sound judgment
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Driver's license and clean driving record required
