Your Role:

As a Music Educator, you will develop a dynamic and encouraging atmosphere for students of all ages and skill levels. You will:

• Provide engaging music lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Foster positive relationships with students and their families through consistent communication and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with our store team to effectively schedule lessons and boost student retention.
• Share your musical talents and knowledge to inspire student growth and creativity.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years teaching music.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) in Music.
• Memberships or certifications in professional teaching organizations.
• 8+ years of experience teaching multiple instruments, including but not limited to: banjo, cello, clarinet, guitar, flute, percussion, piano, saxophone, trombone, trumpet, and voice.
