Your Role:

• Create an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment where students can flourish.
• Provide music lessons tailored to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Cultivate positive relationships with students and parents through effective communication, goal-setting, and regular progress updates.
• Collaborate with team members to schedule lessons and boost student retention.
• Utilize your musical expertise to motivate and inspire student growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in music.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) in Music.
• Professional memberships or certifications in music education.
• 8+ years of teaching experience, proficient in various instruments including but not limited to: banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, bass guitar, bassoon, cello, clarinet, flute, French horn, guitar, mandolin, oboe, percussion, piano, piccolo, saxophone, string bass, trombone, trumpet, tuba, ukulele, viola, violin, and voice.
