Our approach to music education emphasizes private lessons as the foundation for a lifelong relationship with music. Your Role:
- Deliver engaging music lessons to students across various ages and skill levels.
- Foster positive relationships with students and parents through consistent communication, goal-setting, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons and enhance student retention.
- Utilize your musical expertise to inspire students and support their development.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years teaching music experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
- 8+ years of teaching experience, particularly across multiple instruments (including but not limited to banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, bass guitar, cello, clarinet, flute, French horn, guitar, mandolin, oboe, percussion, piano, saxophone, string bass, trombone, trumpet, tuba, ukulele, viola, violin, and voice).
