Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently exceed personal sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.
• Promote and share the benefits of the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Network with local schools, churches, teachers, and community organizations to generate new business.
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver engaging sales presentations based on your training.
• Provide exemplary customer service to every visitor.
• Encourage customer loyalty through excellent interaction.
• Assist with store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Help maintain store security, managing keys and personal alarm codes.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
