Overview Our Client is a global market leader in business applications, powered by AI. There NA Field Marketing team is seeking an organized and tenacious Campaign Coordinator to support its work. The Campaign Coordinator will facilitate end-to-end campaign architecture and execution of virtual and physical events, internal communications & alignment. This role partners closely with marketing, sales and product experts. The candidate should have marketing experience, great executive communication skills and presence, and experience working in a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
Lead SCM virtual event series:
Manage speakers and virtual event execution
Align with sales and regional marketing teams
Conduct internal and external planning meetings
Confirm virtual platform details (coordinated by primary event owner)
Create sales-forwardable invites and newsletter content
Post-event follow-up email and reporting
Coordinate and ensure lead follow-up
Support SAP-hosted and Third Party Event Execution:
Conduct external and internal planning meetings
Secure speakers, partner sponsors, and organize executive panel guests
Maintain an event overview deck
Request POs and manage partner contracts
Handle MSRC (data entry)
Segmentation requests, invite creation, and blast
Newsletter, flash submission, and social content
Registration reporting updates to stakeholders
Onsite add-ons: virtual signage (graphics), virtual giveaways, virtual catering
Manage pre-event registration list and post-event follow-up email
Registration list upload and blast
Coordinate and ensure lead follow-up
Support Supply Chain Americas Communications:
Create and disseminate internal communications related to events and campaigns
Ensure timely and clear communication to all relevant internal stakeholders
Manage internal newsletters and updates on event progress and outcomes
Collaborate and communicate regularly with various groups including:
Marketing colleagues (e.g., Portfolio Marketing Unit Specialists, Product Marketing, Audience Marketing, SAP Digital Media and Social leads)
Vendors (e.g., online media vendors, tele vendors, virtual event platform vendors)
Partners, America’s SAP Users' Group (ASUG)
Sales / Center Of Excellence (COE) stakeholders
SAP executives across the business
Successful Candidates will have
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Field marketing experience preferred
Cloud software marketing experience preferred
Executive communication skills and presence and excellence stakeholder management skills
Ability to collaborate across large organizational matrix to accomplish specific objectives
Hands-on, hard-working, and motivated by a collaborative, fast-paced results driven environment
Master in proactively managing multiple projects at one time with tight deadlines
Be capable of quickly learning the tools required for tracking and reporting
