Digital Content Specialist

Our client in the health and wellness space is looking for a Digital Content Specialist. This role is remote, but looking for a local candidate for occasional onsite meetings. Position overview: This is a vital role in support of their member engagement and retention strategies. This role is highly app-focused, involving the management and enhancement of digital content within the app. This is an exciting role for someone with strong organizational skills, and looking to grow in the field of digital content production, with the possibility of being converted to direct-hire. Conversion is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities include:

• Author and produce new app pages, web pages, and digital signage content, along with additional content updating and organization to support their digital product roadmap, including the company's personalization and AI channels.
• Update and add content to their mobile app and digital signage channels.
• Work closely with the App Content Manager, Marketing Coordinators, and Project Managers to update content on time.
• Ensure audience segmentation through content tagging.
• Assist with editing copy as needed, and ensuring brand consistency.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 2 years' experience within digital content management.
• Attention to detail, familiarity with content management systems, and a proactive approach to maintaining a dynamic and user-friendly app experience.
• Proficient in content management systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager.
• Basic HTML knowledge, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS.
