Overview

Senior Product Marketing Manager at CaptivateIQ. Play a critical role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for new products and our commercial segment. Lead positioning, messaging, and enablement to differentiate and win in a dynamic market.

Youll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps. Your work will influence company growth and market perception, ensuring our solutions resonate with the right audiences and deliver clear value.

Location

Hybrid (in-office 3 days per week) in one of the following locations: Menlo Park, CA; Austin, TX; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Toronto, Canada. Remote options may apply where noted.

Responsibilities
  • Product Launches & GTM Strategy: Own product marketing for new solutionspartner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to craft messaging, positioning, and launch strategies that accelerate growth
  • Sales Enablement & Commercial Strategy: Lead product marketing for the commercial segment, equipping sales with collateral, insights, and training to drive revenue
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape and translate findings into strategic insights for Sales and Product
  • Messaging & Positioning: Create differentiated messaging that resonates with target buyers and supports GTM and expansion strategies
  • Customer & Market Research: Conduct primary research to gather insights, identify pain points, and inform product and marketing direction
  • Content & Collateral Development: Build sales assets (decks, one-pagers, battlecards, playbooks) that support pipeline generation and deal velocity
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align GTM priorities across teams from ideation through launch and beyond
  • Evangelism: Represent voice of the customer for internal teams and as a CaptivateIQ and industry expert to prospects and customers
Requirements
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing and 810 years of overall professional experience
  • Experience launching new products and driving GTM strategy
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management, Marketing and Sales
  • Strong competitive intelligence capabilities to differentiate and win deals
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into compelling messaging
  • Proven track record partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and iterate on success
  • Driven, resourceful, and motivated to help teams succeed

Compensation

The OTE range represents the minimum and maximum for this position across North America. For candidates in Menlo Park, the range is $160,000$205,000; for all other North America locations, the range is $130,000$168,000. OTE will depend on factors including proficiency, performance, and location. This is part of CaptivateIQ's total rewards package.
