A law firm seeks a Creditors' Rights Attorney in Atlanta, GA. Duties

• Manage matters within creditors' rights, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and debt collection cases.

• Contribute to special projects and firm initiatives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD).
• Member in good standing with the state bar (within listed states).
• Experience in creditors' rights or related practice areas is a plus.
• Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills.
